Bio
A UX Designer, Unity developer, Product Manager, Tim has been working in 3D since 2014.
Founding KairosXR, a development agency specializing in training and education 3D content, he learned firsthand how to work with stakeholders and different subject matter experts, how to appropriately scope an MVP and iterate, bring 3D and 2D software to market, and evaluate these products once in consumers’ hands.
His work revolves around XR design, development, and instruction. Designing & development 3D solutions that scaled to thousands of users in Healthcare, Academia, Enterprise Training (heavy machinery operation and supply chain), and Industrial Design, he also runs XR workshops to teach others how to develop immersive experiences for non-gaming use cases.
To this day, he has authored 7 Unity courses, 18 workshops, and has taught thousands of students globally how to develop XR applications with Unity.
Tim also works with the community, mentoring and advising other 3D companies and teams, and organizing events across two Meetup groups: AR/VR Designers, and AR/VR for Training and Education.
